Leaders Editions and Leader Guides

As a part of the unfolding family of products, Leaders Editions and Leader Guides have been designed specifically for use with Evangelical Lutheran Worship. These essential resources provide important background material, additional content for use in worship, and practical helps to assist those who lead the assembly in worship.

Accompaniment and Musical Resources

A variety of key accompaniment resources for Evangelical Lutheran Worship are available. Standard accompaniment resources for organ and piano are currently available; the Simplified Keyboard Edition, the Guitar Edition, select Festival Settings, and Introductions and Alternate Accompaniments for Organ and Piano will be available in 2007. Psalters include the revised psalm texts, refrains, psalm tones, and keyboard accompaniments.

Lectionaries for Worship

Lectionaries include the complete Revised Common Lectionary with full scriptures, with the ritual edition featuring large type, ribbon markers, and an elegant hardcover making it suitable for processional use. Study Lectionaries include pronunciation guides and reader helps.

Catechetical Resources

A variety of new Catechetical resources are available. Includes texts from Evangelical Lutheran Worship and the NRSV Bible. Enrich study and congregational learning with these books, each edited by Rev. Dr. Timothy Wengert.

Worship for Life Series

The Worship for Life series uses the resources in Evangelical Lutheran Worship to help readers understand how worship shapes their faith, their relationships with one another, and their participation in the Christian assembly. The first title in the series, Christ in Your Marriage, is a resource for couples as the prepare for marriage and can be used as part of a congregation's premarital counseling program.
