2012 Little Red Book Instructions
Palm Desktop
- Download the file to your computer.
- Open the Palm Desktop software.
- In calendar view, select Import from the file menu.
- Locate the file where you saved it and click import.
- On your next synchronization the files will be available on your handheld.

Outlook for Mac & PC
- Download the file to your computer.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Open Outlook.
- Select Import from the file menu.
- In the import dialog box select select 'Import from another program or file.
- Click next.
- Select comma separated values (windows).
- Click next.
- Browse for the file where you saved it.
- Select 'Allow duplicates with items to be imported'
- Click next.
- Select 'Calendar' as the destination folder.
- Click next.
- Click finish.
- On your next synchronization the files will be available on your mobile device. For Outlook
on iPhone you will sync your iPhone through iTunes and update your Outlook as usual.

iCal
- Download the file to your computer.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Open iCal and import file.
- On your next synchronization your iPhone will be updated with your new iCal files.
