How do I use the Augsburg Fortress Liturgy and Song License?
 
Are there special requirements for the Augsburg Fortress Liturgy and Song License?

If you obtain an Augsburg Fortress Liturgy and Song License, you will be required to keep a record of the material that you have used.

• When you first obtain your license, you will receive a reporting form to use in keeping a tally of the hymns, songs, and liturgies that you use. At the end of the first year of your license, you will receive a reminder that it is time to return this form to Augsburg Fortress.
• Thereafter, you will only need to record your usage during every third year. You will be assigned to a reporting group and you will automatically receive a new reporting form if it is time for you to record your usage.

Your usage records assure that we fairly allocate the license proceeds to the appropriate author or composer.
