Combination License
Augsburg Fortress Liturgy and Song Annual License: includes all of the material listed for the other licenses (see listing and links below), PLUS hundreds of hymn tunes and texts whose copyright is administered by Augsburg Fortress. A suitable license for owners of Hymns for Worship and others.
Reporting Usage
The Augsburg Fortress Liturgy and Song Annual License requires a 12-month reporting of license use every three years. A report booklet has been created for this purpose and will be sent to the license holder towards the start of their reporting period.
This reporting booklet includes a detailed list of each item currently covered by the license. As the license is used, the user locates the material used on this list and indicates that it was used by putting a hash mark in the "tally" area for that item. At the end of the reporting period, all hash marks are counted and totals are entered for all items used. The reporting booklet is then sent to Augsburg Fortress for processing. Annual License
This license is billed annually. The price of the Augsburg Fortress Liturgy and Song Annual License is dependent upon the average total weekly attendance at all Sunday and other weekend worship services as reported on Schedule C of the ELCA Parochial Report or other comparable denominational report.
