Many products from Augsburg Fortress can be imprinted to fit your needs. Because we want to ensure correct spelling of the name(s) to be imprinted, we ask that you submit this information in writing. The imprint order form is available for download by using our IMPRINT FORM. Use the PEW EDITION IMPRINT FORM for imprinting your Evangelical Lutheran Worship pew edition. Please send this completed form to Augsburg Fortress Customer Service either via fax (800) 722-7766 or postal service (P.O. Box 1209, Minneapolis, MN, 55440-1209). Please note that the standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks. To specify a particular date by which you need this product, please elaborate in the "special request" box of the order form.
