Augsburg Fortress is the ministry of publishing for the ELCA, the ELCIC, and the larger Christian community. Any revenue we receive over expenses is reinvested into the development of future ministry resources. But there is never enough revenue to produce everything that is needed. Augsburg Fortress wants to develop ministry tools for underserved markets in Christian education, worship, theological research, and congregational life that would not be possible without additional funding —but we need your help!

What kind of projects will be funded by the One Mission Endowment Fund?

The One Mission Endowment Fund aims to help the whole church in these four interest areas for underserved communities:

• Worship
• Christian Education
• Congregational Life
• Theological Research

These projects might include Spanish language confirmation materials, audio worship resources, training events for teachers and administrators, and scholarly forums. The needs are many and varied.

Why does Augsburg Fortress need my donation?

The economic realities of today's world make it difficult—if not impossible—to meet all the needs of the church. Resources for specialized needs sometimes go unfunded. However, by investing in the One Mission Endowment Fund you can help us develop the ministry tools that meet emerging needs of underserved communities for years to come.
